      Rule 74 - Revision of the Rules of Procedure

      74.1. Motions for resolutions to amend the Rules of Procedure must be supported by twenty or more representatives or substitutes. They shall be referred to the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs which shall report on them as provided by Rule 50 .
      74.2. The Bureau may request the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs to report on questions of interpretation or modification of the Rules of Procedure.
      74.3. The examination of the report of the committee shall be included in the agenda in accordance with the provisions of Rule 27 .
