Missing persons from Europe’s conflicts: the long road to finding humanitarian answers

In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, replace the words "warring factions" by the following words:

"war torn societies and former warring parties".

Explanatory note

The term “warring parties” suggests that armed conflict is on-going, which is not the case everywhere.
