Revision of the European Convention on Transfrontier Television

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 6.2, add the following words:

“and the protection of freedom of expression and media freedom by Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights and also properly reflecting the needs and interests of non-EU member States of the Council of Europe.”
