In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 6.5, insert the following words:

"while respecting the principles of religious freedom and non-discrimination;"

Explanatory note

See the reply of the Committee of Ministers to Recommendation 1412: governments are under an obligation, in their dealings with such groups, to remain in conformity not only with Article 9 but with all the provisions ... This entails, inter alia, a duty to respect the principles of religious freedom and non-discrimination.
