Reply to Recommendation: Recommendation 2035 (2014)

1. The Committee of Ministers informs the Parliamentary Assembly that, in the current context, it is not in a position to provide a substantial reply to its Recommendation 2035 (2014). It will do so at a later date. At this stage, it would refer the Parliamentary Assembly to the decisions adopted by the Committee in the course of the past few months on the situation in Ukraine (see http://www.coe.int/t/cm/home_en.asp) and to the discussion held on this matter at the 124th Session of the Committee of Ministers in Vienna on 6 May 2014 (see the conclusions of the Chairman appearing in document CM/Inf(2014)15).
