Origin - 2015 - Second part-session

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 3, insert the following sentence:

"Furthermore, the United States of America is provided with transmission stations in territories of Council of Europe member States that are playing an indispensable role in the execution of drone attacks."

Explanatory note

Apart from member States' combat drones programmes and intelligence-sharing with the United States, there is also a transmission-function of American bases on member State territory, which must not be neglected.
