In the draft resolution, paragraph 15, fourth sentence, after the words "Turkey to", insert the words "continue to".

Explanatory note

Turkey has already spent billions of dollars in the region in order to remedy the damage caused by the PKK and to help citizens to access health, education and all the necessary social services.
