In the draft resolution, paragraph 9.2, replace the words "European Union's borders and/or the European continent" with the following words:

"Council of Europe territory".

Explanatory note

Clarification is needed about places where the establishment of asylum-processing centres is proposed. In any case, in such a report, the establishment of these centres should be recommended for the Council of Europe territory, without leaving out any Member State.
