Call for a Council of Europe Summit to reaffirm European unity and to defend and promote democratic security in Europe

In the draft resolution, after paragraph 8.5, insert the following paragraph:

"open discussions regarding systematic violations of the Statute of the Council of Europe and the values of the Council of Europe by its member states, and mechanisms to deter and discontinue such behaviour by national delegations."
