Ukrainian citizens detained as political prisoners by the Russian Federation

In the draft resolution, after paragraph 7.5, insert the following paragraph:

"lift the ban on the Mejlis, which is contrary to international standards of freedom of association, and allow entry into Crimea for leaders of the Mejlis: Mustafa Dzhemiliev and Refat Chubarov."
