Anonymous donation of sperm and oocytes: balancing the rights of parents, donors and children

In amendment 3, replace all the words with the following words:
"At the end of paragraph 4, insert the following sentence:
"The current legislation and practices of Council of Europe member States in the field of medically assisted procreation vary significantly."".
Explanatory note
This sub-amendment simply moves this amendment up to paragraph 4 and modifies the text accordingly.
