Set up a Special Committee

In accordance with Article 29 of the Statute, and Article 37 of the Provisional Rules of Procedure, the Assembly should appoint a Special Committee which should consider and work out any amendments to the Statute of Europe which are necessary to further the fulfilment of its aims.
