In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, replace the words "the migrant and refugee crisis remains one of the main challenges facing European countries" with the following words:
"no comprehensive humanitarian and political response has yet been given to the challenges raised by the large-scale migratory and refugee flows into Europe".
