In the draft resolution, delete paragraph 8.
Explanatory Note :
We totally reject the idea that no effective remedy is at the disposal of closed NGOs under the State of Emergency and therefore the SoE should be lifted. Effective domestic remedies are in place and this is also recognised by the European Court of Human Rights.
