The Assembly instructs its Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee) to include the issue of the compatibility of the activities of internal security services in member states with European norms and standards for human rights and fundamental freedoms in the list of areas to be monitored.
