In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 10, insert the following sentence:

"The Assembly notes that the European Convention for the Protection of Animals for Slaughter (ETS no. 102) and the European Union’s Council Regulation (EC) No 1099/2009 on the protection of animals at the time of killing do not prohibit ritual slaughter."
