Human rights compatibility of investor–State arbitration in international investment protection agreements

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 5.3, insert the following words:

". There are a number of competing arbitration systems that have not had the benefit of transparent iterative evolution similar to that of the delivery of justice in public law in mature democracies;"
