whether they are now in a position to add to the statement they made on 15th March 1957 concerning ratification of the 1954 Convention for the prevention of pollution of the sea by oil ; which maritime Member States have not yet ratified the Convention ; and what stage has been reached in the ratification procedure in these countries.
