Preventing the radicalisation of children by fighting the root causes

In the draft resolution, paragraph 3, after the second sentence insert the following sentence:

"One of the main challenges is to prevent their social exclusion from the very start to ensure that they enjoy full and equal access to decent living standards and social rights, including education and training."
