In the draft resolution, paragraph 11.3, after the words “those leaving the education system”, insert the following words:

", in particular among those leaving the education system early".

Explanatory note

Mismatches between business demands and existing skills pool are particularly high among those affected by early school dropouts, according to the OECD’s research. These penalise workers’ employability all their life.
