In the light of the recent intervention of the Serbian Progressive Party in the elections for the National Council of Bulgarians in Serbia and its pressure for the withdrawal of the list “Unification of the Bulgarians in Serbia”,

To ask the Committee of Ministers,

What measures will the Committee of Ministers undertake before the Serbian authorities in order to guarantee the free functioning of the National Council of Bulgarians in Serbia and of the Bulgarian National Minority as a whole?
