Initiative to call a summit to solve urgent problems of the world order

Motion for a recommendation

presented by Mr Shybko and others

This motion has not been discussed in the Assembly and commits only the members who have signed it

1.       The Assembly is deeply concerned by the fact, that during recent times the international community has faced increased difficulties in finding ready-made answers to those challenges which present threats to peace and lead to armed conflicts.

2.       In view of the fact that the true reasons for escalation of tension in ethnic and religious spheres and in the energy sector on the Euro-Asian continent have not been analysed and proper tools to oppose these threats have not been found, the Assembly proposes the initiative of discussing the possibility to call the summit with the aim of resolving problems of the world order.

3.       Everybody who has been born enjoys equal rights to life and only by common effort it is possible to address problems which require urgent solutions.
