Reply from the Committee of Ministers

The Committee of Ministers took note of Opinions Nos. 243, 244 and 245, Recommendations 1597 to 1603, Resolutions 1321 to 1328 and Orders 586 and 587 adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 2nd part-session in 2003 (31 March – 4 April 2003).

The Committee of Ministers brought Recommendations 1597 to 1603 (2003) to the attention of the governments of member states and entrusted them to the competent organs and/or committees of experts for comments and/or to Rapporteur Groups, or the Secretariat, with a view to preparing draft replies. It will continue examining these texts with a view to the early adoption of replies.
