<p align="justify">Further to the curricula vitae presented in document CM(2004)194, the Latvian Delegation has provided the Secretariat with certificates signed by the three candidates indicating that, if elected, they would take up residence in Strasbourg.</p>

On 18 March 2005, the Standing Committee adopted<a href="/ASP/Doc/RefRedirectEN.asp?Doc= Resolution 1426"> Resolution 1426</a> (2005) amending<a href="/ASP/Doc/RefRedirectEN.asp?Doc= Resolution 1366"> Resolution 1366</a> (2004) and allowing single-sex lists under specified circumstances.</p>
