The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 1806 to 1817 (2007) and Resolutions 1568 to 1582 (2007) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 4^th part of the 2007 Session (1 – 5 October 2007).

The Committee of Ministers brought Recommendations 1806 to 1817(2007) to the attention of the governments of member states and entrusted them to the competent organs and/or Committees of Experts for information or comments and/or to Rapporteur Groups/Thematic Co-ordinators with a view to preparing draft replies for adoption at an early date.
