The protection of minors against excesses of sects

In the draft resolution, paragraph 6.8, replace the words "support for the victims of excesses of sects and their relatives" with the following words:

"accurate and neutral information on religious, spiritual and esoteric movements"

Explanatory note

There is no data in the report which can justify such measures, and supporting financially such bodies amounts to supporting discrimination against minority groups by mainstream ones. Moreover, accurate information is needed while "victims" can always use ordinarily available procedures of criminal and civil law.
