The honouring of obligations and commitments by Albania

In the draft resolution, paragraph 3, after the second sentence, insert the following sentence:

"However, the Assembly regrets that despite the next administrative elections being due in less than a year, in June 2015, the Albanian authorities have made no efforts to review the election legislation to address in a timely manner the Venice Commission recommendations, while three of the seven CEC membership positions remain vacant with no legal reason, hampering the body's functioning."
