The humanitarian situation of Ukrainian refugees and displaced persons

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 13.2, insert the following words :

"in particular the Crimean Tatars".

Explanatory note

Crimean Tatars have been subjected to systematic intimidation, harassment and discrimination as well as serious curtailment of their right to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression since 16 March 2014. As stated in Human rights Commissioner Muiznieks's report, many Crimean Tatar freedom activists have disappeared under suspicious circumstances.
