The humanitarian situation of Ukrainian refugees and displaced persons

In the draft resolution, after paragraph 13.2, insert the following paragraph:

"conduct prompt, effective and adequate investigations into all cases of human rights violations in Crimea, including the cases of disappearances;"

Explanatory note

Turkey would like to draw attention to incidents of enforced disappearances and suspicious killings of Crimean Tatar people, which started after the annexation. The UN Report dated 15 December 2014 and Mr. Muizneks's report shed light on specific incidents of Crimean Tatars getting arrested by uniformed soldiers on active duty.
