Challenge, on substantive grounds, of the still unratified credentials of the delegation of the Russian Federation

In the draft resolution, paragraph 11, after the second sentence, insert the following sentence:

"It demands that the Russian Federation respect its obligations under international law, as a Party to the General Agreement on Privileges and Immunities and its Protocol, according to which Ms Nadia Savchenko, as member of the Parliamentary Assembly, enjoys European parliamentary immunity."
