Preventing the radicalisation of children by fighting the root causes

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 4.3, add the following words:

"and, in particular, ensure implementation of the Recommendation CM/Rec(2015)3 of the Committee of Ministers to member States on the access of young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods to social rights."
