In the draft resolution, paragraph 4, replace the third sentence with the following sentence:

"The Presidential Executive Order on "improvement of operation of the prison system, humanisation of criminal policies and extension of application of alternative sanctions and non-custodial preventive measures" initiated reforms to address, inter alia, shortcomings highlighted by the case law of the European Court of Human Rights concerning prosecutors' actions, endorsement by the courts of the prosecution's requests, ineffective investigations, non-respect for the presumption of innocence, and inequality of arms.
