In the draft resolution, paragraph 9, replace the words
"various European Union rule of law monitoring and enforcement mechanisms have been established",
with the following words:
"some European Union rule of law monitoring mechanisms have been triggered and other initiatives aimed at monitoring respect for the rule of law have been taken".
