In the draft recommendation, after paragraph 2.4, insert the following paragraph:

"evaluate and reconsider the human rights impact of the EU-Turkey Statement, taking into account Assembly Resolutions 2109 (2016), 2118 (2016), 2174 (2017) and 2228 (2018);".
