In amendment 34, replace the words:
"replace the words: "of humanitarian projects operated by NGOs, which allow" with the following words: "funded by the European Commission so that they allow"."
with the following words:
"after the words "of humanitarian projects operated by NGOs", insert the following words:
"and other relevant stakeholders, including public authorities,"".
