      To ask the Committee of Ministers

1.       Whether it is aware that Resolution 985 (1992) on the situation of human rights in Turkey, adopted by an overwhelming majority, of which it took note, contains the most serious findings of systematic human rights violations in a member state made by the Assembly for many years;

2.       If so, whether it considers that the above resolution, which raises serious issues under Article 3 of the Statute, should lead to ex officio action by the Committee of Ministers.
