SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

on the examination of credentials of Representatives, Substitutes and Special Guests (1)

presented by the President of the Assembly

1.       Following the examination of credentials of Representatives, Substitutes and Special Guests appointed to the third part of the 43rd Ordinary Session of the Assembly, credentials certified by the competent authorities of Belgium, Denmark and Italy have been transmitted to the President of the Assembly, for validation by the Standing Committee acting on behalf of the Assembly.

2.       Belgium has appointed a new Substitute to replace Mr Lebrun who has resigned.

3.       Denmark has appointed a new Substitute to replace Mr Hjortnaes who has resigned.

4.       Italy has appointed a new Substitute following the death of Mr Malfatti.

5.       The Standing Committee acting on behalf of the Assembly is called to express its decision on the validation of the credentials of the following Substitutes.

6.       In the case of objection or justified contestation, the contested credentials shall be referred without debate to the Assembly, in accordance with Rule 6, paragraph 5, of the Rules of Procedure.
