REPORT
on the examination of credentials of
Representatives and Substitutes
presented by the President of the Assembly
1. In accordance with Rule 6, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Rules of Procedure, the President of the Assembly has received the credentials of new representatives and substitutes for the 3rd part of the 1995 Session of the Assembly, which have been transmitted in due form by the competent authorities of six member states.
2. Denmark has appointed a new substitute to replace Mr Lund who has resigned.
3. Germany has appointed Mrs Fischer as a representative and Mr Schmitz as a substitute.
4. Iceland has appointed its new delegation following general elections.
5. Malta has appointed a new representative and a new substitute to replace MM. Borg and Bonnici who have resigned; Mr Attard-Montalto, former substitute has been appointed as a representative to replace Mr Moran and a new substitute has been appointed.
6. Poland has appointed a new representative to replace Mrs Łybacka who has resigned.
7. Spain has appointed Ms Guirado as a representative to replace Mr Roman who has resigned, and a new substitute to replace Ms Guirado.
8. The Assembly is called upon to express its decision on the validation of the credentials of the representatives and substitutes whose names are given below.
9. In the case of objection or justified contestation, the contested credentials shall be referred without debate to the Committee on Rules of Procedure which shall report back to the Assembly, in accordance with Rule 6, paragraph 5, of the Rules of Procedure.
