SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

on the examination of credentials of

Representatives, Substitutes and Special Guests

presented by the President of the Assembly 1

1.       Following the examination of credentials of Representatives and Substitutes appointed to the 5th part of the 44th Ordinary Session of the Assembly, credentials certified by the competent authorities of one member state have been transmitted to the President of the Assembly for validation by the Standing Committee acting on behalf of the Assembly.

2.       France has appointed Mr Jean DUMONT (former substitute) as a representative to replace Mr Puech who has resigned, and Mr Pierre CROZE as a substitute to replace Mr Dumont.

3.       The Standing Committee, acting on behalf of the Assembly, is called upon to express its decision on the validation of the credentials of the representative and substitute whose names are given above.

4. In the case of objection or justified contestation, the contested credentials shall be referred without debate to the Committee on Rules of Procedure which shall report back to the Assembly, in accordance with Rule 6, paragraph 5, of the Rules of Procedure.
