The Assembly,

Considering Resolution 1107 (1997) on the committee structure of the Assembly;

Considering Resolution ... (1997) on European partnership of national parliaments within the Parliamentary Assembly;

Considering the possible implications of the aforementioned resolution on the external relations of the Assembly,

Instructs its Committee on Rules of Procedure to redefine the terms of reference of the Committee on Parliamentary and Public Relations and to report back to it within six months.
