Letter from the President of the Standing Conference of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRAE) to the President of the Assembly dated 29 March 1994

Dear Mr President,

      In accordance with Article 1b of the Charter of the Standing Conference of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe, I have pleasure in sending you herewith the texts of the following resolutions adopted by the Standing Committee on behalf of the CLRAE on 18 March 1994, to be submitted to the Parliamentary Assembly for opinion:

- Resolution 256 on the third Conference of Mediterranean regions

- Resolution 257 on integrated planning and local development

- Resolution 258 on co-operation between public and private sectors

- Resolution 259 on regional and local authorities and transfrontier or transnational school co-operation.

      I would also inform you that these resolutions have been forwarded to the Committee of Ministers.
