SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

on the examination of credentials of

representatives and substitutes

presented by the President of the Assembly

1.       Following the examination of credentials of representatives, substitutes and special guests appointed at the 3rd part of the 1994 Session of the Assembly, credentials have been transmitted to the President of the Assembly for validation by the Standing Committee, acting on behalf of the Assembly.

2.       Luxembourg has appointed its new delegation following parliamentary elections.

3.       Spain has appointed a new substitute to replace Mr Zapatero who has resigned.

4.       The Standing Committee, acting on behalf of the Assembly, is called upon to express its decision on the validation of the credentials of the representatives and substitutes whose names are given below.

5.       In the case of objection or justified contestation, the contested credentials shall be referred without debate to the Committee on Rules of Procedure which shall report back to the Assembly, in accordance with Rule 6, paragraph 5, of the Rules of Procedure.
