The Assembly, referring to its Opinion No. … on the terms of reference of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, resolves to invite candidates for the post of Commissioner to a personal interview in the form of a hearing organised under the responsibility of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
