adopted at the 717^th meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies (13 July 2000)

The Committee of Ministers took note of the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at the third part of the 2000 Session (26-30 June 2000).

It agreed to consider, at their 719^th meeting (6 September 2000), the question of Armenia and Azerbaijan’s membership of the Council of Europe, in the light of Opinions No. 221 and 222 (2000);

It brought Recommendations 1466 to 1470 (2000) to the attention of the Governments of member States.  The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 1467 to 1470 to the competent committee of experts for consideration and opinion.

The Committee of Ministers took note of Resolutions 1217 to 1221 (2000) and of Order No. 566 (2000).
