Respect for international humanitarian law in Europe

Motion for an order¹

presented by Mrs Jäätteenmäki on behalf of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights

The Assembly, following its Recommendation … (1999) on respect for international humanitarian law in Europe, instructs its Committee on Rules of Procedure and Immunities to amend its Rules of Procedure to include respect for international humanitarian law among the conditions for granting observer or special guest status with the Assembly.
