adopted at the 768^th meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies (10 October 2001)

The Committee of Ministers took note of the Recommendations (1531 to 1541), Resolutions (1257 to 1263) and Orders (576 to 578) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 4^th part-session in 2001 (24-28 September 2001).

The Committee of Ministers brought Recommendations 1531 to 1541 (2001) to the attention of the governments of member States. It entrusted Recommendations 1532, 1533 and 1537 to 1541 (2001) to the competent organs, committees of experts and/or Rapporteur Groups concerned for information, opinion or examination. It held a preliminary exchange of views on Recommendations 1531, 1534, 1535 and 1536 (2001), and will continue examining these texts with a view to the early adoption of replies.

The Committee of Ministers further agreed to include Recommendation 1534 (2001) and Resolution 1258 (2001) in the file of the 109^th ministerial session (8 November 2001).
