In the draft resolution, delete paragraph 7.

Explanatory Note :

Tasking national parliaments with studying "the phenomenon of sects" would contravene the necessary separation between the State and religions, and would also be discriminatory, as it would address only minority groups, opening the door to discrimination between traditional and non-traditional religions.
