In the draft resolution, paragraph 4, after the fifth sentence, insert the following sentences:
"The Assembly also urges the ruling majority to guarantee the parliamentary space and role provided by the Constitution to the opposition as well as the effective and unimpeded use of parliamentary oversight instruments, including parliamentary investigative committees. Measures should be taken to avoid violence and threats in the Assembly."
