In the draft resolution, paragraph 32, replace the second and third sentences with the following sentences:
"The Assembly recalls that the Turkish authorities failed to fulfil the remaining requirements pertaining to the post-monitoring dialogue with the parliamentary Assembly. In order to follow closely the issues of human rights raised in this report, the Assembly decides to open the monitoring procedure with respect to Turkey."
