Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 7, insert the following words:

"However, the Assembly considers that, in developed countries such as the United States, Canada and member States of the European Union, ISDS clauses and a permanent, multilateral ICS are not necessary to protect foreign investors."
